Peace of Mind    

The Peace of Mind Plan offers scheduled inspections of the property while the homeowner is absent. Inspections are conducted weekly or biweekly and include crucial areas and components of the home, as well as the overall condition inside and out.

Residential Advisory Solutions makes sure the property meets the highest satisfaction, and will address and report any abnormalities or deficiencies to the homeowner.

Communication will be conducted via email and telephone regarding any issues or concerns, supplying digital photos and detailed descriptions accompanied with appropriate advice.

The Peace of Mind Plan provides the basic inspection of the home and property.

  • Interior inspection includes:​

    • Security and alarm system testing

    • Smart Home Technology Systems

    • Audio/video, internet network, phone systems 

    • Circuit breakers, fuses, surge protectors 

    • Replace light bulbs as needed

    • Mechanical components:​​

      • Heating, ventilation and air conditioning units​ (HVAC)

      • Water heaters, water filtration, softeners, purification systems

      • Garage openers, elevator, backup battery systems

    • Appliances and Plumbing:

      • Refrigerators, freezers, wine coolers temperature 

      • Ice makers, reverse osmosis, garbage disposal rinsed 

      • Dishwashers, washing machine

      • Faucets, drains, toilets

    • Garage, storage areas, laundry facilities 

    • Doors, windows, sliders, skylights checked and secure

    • Ceilings, dormers, lights fixtures, floors and baseboard inspected for potential leaks, termites and other insect infestations, rodents.

  • Exterior inspection includes:

    • Mechanical and electrical components:

      • Heating, ventilation and air conditioning units​ (HVAC) visually inspected

      • Backup generator, solar systems, ​steam shower units 

      • Pool, spa, water features pumps and filtration systems

      • Patio lights, porch lights, patio heaters, grill area

    • Landscape and grounds:

      • Landscape maintenance evaluation​

      • Landscape irrigation and timers inspected and adjusted (coordinated with landscaper)

      • Low voltage outdoor lighting and timers inspected and adjusted (coordinated with landscaper)

      • Pool and surrounding, spa, water features, outdoor shower

      • Grounds surrounding home surveyed

    • Inspection for unwanted rodent nest, bird nest, bees, etc.

    • And more.

Interior and exterior inspections include an exhaustive check list of items that are addressed

throughout the year to protect and preserve the physical integrity of the home.
